The 2 Feature Project is an independent filmmaking initiative created by Trent Duncan and Joseph O’Connor that transforms a shared script and production foundation into two thematically different films. The process maximizes resources while delivering two unique cinematic experiences for the audience.

While both films follow a group of friends embarking on a Galentine’s weekend, each takes the story in a distinctly different direction. Axes and Os is a slasher film centered on the group being hunted by Luther Dremel, a vicious and vengeful Valentine’s Day ax killer. In Valentines Lake, the group is targeted by a local cult that has maintained a generations-old tradition of human sacrifice to keep an ancient lake creature in hibernation.
